Nigel Bidmead, CEO
Since joining PayX, Nigel has brought with him strong leadership experience in major Payments Industry organisations. Nigel most recently worked with First Data International for 3 years, where he held the position as Senior Vice President for their Merchant Acquiring Business. Prior to First Data, Nigel was Managing Director and Senior Vice President at VeriFone for 6 years, delivering explosive growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region contributing to their IPO in 2005. Nigel, throughout his career, worked with several leading international software, internet and telecommunication companies including ACI Worldwide, S1, QSI and British Telecom.
Adrian Hausser, COO
Adrian co-founded PayX International in 1996 and is responsible for leading the company’s Market Analyst and Delivery capabilities. An international executive leader with over 23 years Payments Industry experience working for organisations including National Australia Group, CEKAB, Danske, TXN solution Integrators, ACI Worldwide and Verifone. With a unique specialism for merging major organisational, business and technology change programmes into focused results.
Coreen Foster, President Americas
Coreen co-founded PayX International in 1996 and is currently responsible for leading the company’s Americas expansion and market presence. Previous PayX roles include New Region Business Development, Partner Management and Marketing. Coreen is an international executive leader with over 20 years Payments Industry experience in a career covering a variety of user, processing and software organisations across North and South America, and Europe. Coreen is an expert at binding customers, partners and vendors together to achieve combined tangible gains.
Sharon Mulligan, SVP Finance and Corporate Governance
Sharon holds all corporate responsibility for the PayX Group, for the Finance, Compliance and Back Office functions. Sharons’ career spans across multiple industries and commercial roles including Retail Management through to Organisational change and restructuring within Conferences and Publishing. Prior to joining PayX, Sharon consulted with National Australia Group as a HR Business Partner working actively on compliance projects and major change programmes.
Phyllis Rowley, SVP Global Channel Management
Phyllis is responsible for PayX’s Business Operations. Phyllis’s career in payments spans over 20 years; working for companies such as ACI Worldwide and EftPos (UK). Prior to joining PayX, Phyllis was a senior executive at ACI Worldwide, Inc., a leading international provider of payment systems, serving most recently as VP Channel Operations EMEA.
